Doug has over twenty years experience with both domestic and international consulting, successfully working with all levels of management across a wide range of financial firms and contact centers. He has worked closely with firms such as American Express, ADP, National Westminister Bank (UK), Brunswick Defense, WorldPay (UK) and Wells Real Estate Investment.
 
Doug is an expert in the creative design and implementation of focused projects that assist firms in improving their client's lifetime value, increasing staff loyalty and achieving significant return on investment.
 
Doug founded DMC Associates after extensive work with consulting firms and MCI-contact center consulting.
 
 
Hobbies: Reading history, surf fishing, tennis and designing rare plant landscapes.
